History

Deeply rooted in the Scandinavian markets for nearly a century, Scandinavian Cosmetics Group is one of the largest distributors of high-end beauty products in Northern Europe.

Originally, Scandinavian Cosmetics started out as a pure distribution and logistics company in the Nordics, fulfilling the most critical parts of the value chain, such as administration, reporting and demand controlling.

Later, as a response to market demands, Scandinavian Cosmetics evolved into the full-service brand management company it is today.

Scandinavian Cosmetics head office is founded in Sweden.

Acquisition of EMH and Scandinavian Cosmetics by Aurelius and formation of Scandinavian Cosmetics Group.
2017
Scandinavian Cosmetics In Denmark and Finland are established.
2018
Scandinavian Cosmetics Group acquires Alf Sörensen AB and Solis AS.
